Training on Incident Command Management System in Pakistan
This training aims to enhance the capacity of the National Institute of Health (NIH), Federal and Provincial pertinent staff in Incident Command Management (ICM) System.
Twenty-five participants will receive training on effective and efficient planning and management of unusual emergency situations by developing the essential elements for ICM system that addresses five major functional areas. These areas are: Command, Operations, Planning, Logistics and Finance/Administration.
The intended result of training is the development of a unified command structure and operational function, with an agreed upon incident action plan and emergency operations plan.
