EMPHNET Electronic Library (EEL)

The EMPHNET Electronic Library (EEL) is a free public health knowledge platform designed to support public health professionals, field epidemiologists, researchers, and students across the Eastern Mediterranean Region (EMR). Established as part of EMPHNET’s commitment to strengthening research, evidence-based practice, and knowledge exchange, EEL serves as a centralized digital resource for high-quality, regionally relevant public health information.

EEL gives users access to a growing collection of databases, e-journals, e-books, guidelines, manuals, reports, and partner publications, helping bridge the gap between information and action. It also acts as a learning space where users can access research-support tools, tutorials, and capacity-building materials.

EEL is continuously expanding to respond to the evolving public health landscape and to eventually grow into a comprehensive electronic public health library for the EMR.
