Global Digital Health Forum 2016 Announces Call for Proposals
June 16, 2016

The third annual Global Digital Health Forum, formerly known as the Global mHealth Forum, will convene between December 13-14 2016, and will co-locate with the 2016 Connected Health Conference at the Gaylord Conference Center in National Harbor, Maryland, USA. The forum focuses on digital and connected health in low and middle income countries (LMICs). The forum brings together public and private sector organizations to share the latest evidence, experiences, and lessons learned on new applications and approaches in digital health. This two-day event is co-presented by the Personal Connected Health Alliance, Global Digital Health Network and USAID. The Global Digital Health Forum is now accepting proposals for the 2-day event. Proposals will be accepted through June 30, 2016. Innovative, participatory, hands-on sessions will be prioritized during selection process. Presenters will be notified by September 1, 2016. Participants can join the forum to engage in interactive sessions with digital health experts from around the world; meet with stakeholders to explore emerging trends and state of the art digital health tools for LMICs; and be part of the conversation to network and share experiences with NGOs, social entrepreneurs, donors, local governments and civil society.
