EMPHNET Goes Beyond Borders

EMPHNET builds capacities of epidemiologists through supporting field epidemiology training programs. It works in eight countries across the region, offering training, resources, and knowledge exchange. These are the main ingredients that create societies of epidemiologists, working beyond borders to enhance public health.

“To prevent and control diseases, to conduct multidisciplinary research, and to translate research into practice in the Eastern Mediterranean Region by strengthening and expanding applied epidemiology capacity, and working jointly with similar associations, networks and organizations”
