Announcing the Fourth Webinar in the One Health Bangladesh Special Webinar Series on COVID-19
One Health Bangladesh, a multidisciplinary platform dealing with health threats at human-animal – environmental interface, has been organizing a series of webinars in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The set of webinars is being organized in partnership with Global Health Development (GHD).
The COVID-19 pandemic is continuing to spread across the world and claim lives. South Asian countries, including Bangladesh, are facing tremendous challenges to tackle health threats. During this crisis, access to the right information is crucial for tackling COVID-19 and preventing another pandemic of misinformation.

for the fourth weekly interactive webinar titled “COVID-19 is not Going Away Soon: What Measures to be Taken?”. The webinar is designed for participants to understand what would be the new normal and how to live with the changing situation of COVID-19.

- Professor Mahmudur Rahman, Former Director of Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) and current Consultant for the Program of Emerging Infections, IDD, and one of the pioneers One Health movement in Bangladesh.
- Dr. Sithar Dorjee, Director/Assistant Professor of Epidemiology at the Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan and Formal Regional Coordinator for One Health South Asia Program, Massey University, New Zealand
