GHD|EMPHNET's Center of Excellence for Applied Epidemiology Announces New Online Courses

GHD|EMPHNET’s Center of Excellence for Applied Epidemiology announces the addition of two new online courses to its Learning Management System. The first course “Stakeholders’ Analysis and Mapping" aims to build the participant’s capacity to analyze stakeholders using the Stakeholders’ Mapping and Analysis Toolkit. It is a self-paced, online course that can be completed within a duration of three hours. The second course is offered in Arabic under the title “أثر مفهوم الجندر والأدوار الاجتماعية على قضايا الصحة الإنجابية والجنسية", translated as "The Understanding of Gender and Social Gender Roles and their Effect on Sexual and Reproductive Health." This course aims to familiarize the participants with terms and definitions related to gender, equity and a rights-based approach. Also, it helps them to recognize the impact of gender on sexual and reproductive health issues. The course is intended to be a self-paced online learning course with a duration of six hours.
